Services are offered to users in the United States. Customer data is processed and stored in the United States as described below.

Receipt capture and AI categorization in SnapTax are free. You pay only when you unlock Export Tax Pack for a tax season.

What you pay for

Export Tax Pack is a one-time purchase per tax season. After payment, you can export your deductible receipts for that season as often as you need, including:

Schedule C Mirror (PDF)

TXF (tax software import)

Expenses CSV

CPA Audit Trail (ZIP)

SnapTax is not a monthly subscription for taking photos or storing receipts on your device.

How pricing works

One **Paddle** checkout per tax season unlocks export for that season only.

The price shown on this page reflects current Flag-driven pricing for the next available seat or your locked Founder tier.

Prices may differ during the **Founder Program** (first 50 paying seats). Open the app for checkout and your exact quote.

Paid seasons include **unlimited re-export** for that tax season.

Founder Program (summary)

While seats remain, new buyers may lock a lower season price for future seasons if they stay active. After 50 seats or if Founder status lapses, the standard season price applies. Payment terms are in our Terms of Service.

Taxes

Paddle (Merchant of Record) may add VAT, sales tax, or similar charges where required by law. The total shown at checkout is final.
